Frequently Asked Questions

Can you recover refrigerant from refrigerators and freezers?

Yes. We're set up to recover and dispose of refrigerants per EPA regulations. That's built into our service, though refrigerant-containing units may carry a small extra charge for the specialized disposal work.

Do you pull out built-in appliances?

We haul most appliances, but gas lines, water lines, and electrical hookups aren't something we disconnect. Get a licensed plumber or electrician to handle that before we show up. Once it's disconnected, we take it from there and haul it off.

Will you accept working appliances as donations?

Absolutely! If your appliance still works, we'll gladly donate it to local charities or families in need instead of tossing it. Just mention it when you book, and we'll set up donation pickup.

How fast can an appliance pickup happen?

Call in the morning and we can often get you same-day service. Next-day is nearly always an option. Appliance removal is one of our fastest jobs - we get it, you want that old unit gone ASAP!

Will you pull appliances out of basements or tight spots?

Yes. Getting big appliances through narrow halls, down stairwells, and out of cramped basements is something our crew does regularly. Dollies, straps, and whatever gear the job calls for come with us so units come out safely from anywhere in the house. We take care to protect your walls, floors, and door frames along the way.

What happens if I'm out when you arrive for pickup?

If we can reach the appliance - garage, side yard, wherever - we'll get the pickup done even if you're not around. Plenty of customers go this route. Just leave the area clear for access, and we handle the rest, photo confirmation included once it's finished.
